Fairly new to the app.. BUT!! We got some issues.. Notifications: there is ALWAYS 1 message!! No matter what you open in the messages, there is always 1 in the notifications! I’ve watched the “new to clapper” video 6 times!! It will take it away for a minute,then come right back!! But nothing new in the notifications or highlighted!! The algorithm not accepting other apps??? Well We all don’t have brand new phones with spectacular cameras, these other apps allows us to sharpen an otherwise dull clip!!!! Either implement options or limit the app to a few that can afford $1k phones.. uploading videos:when trying to uploading a clip,then decide to use another clip,then remove selected clip to pick the other?.. It won’t let you!!! You must back completely out of the app, close it!! Re-open it, then you’re able to upload the clip that you wanted!! .. music selection!! Is kinda 😒 AND since your algorithm doesn’t like other apps??? Music is limited!! Clapper needs more options!! Fix that notifications!! And allow some apps guys!! If you want us to post our other socials on the bio?? Then kinda need us to use them!!!

That should also sync your Notifications. We allow videos from other platforms, definitely, However, we actually encourage all of our creators to make content through Clapper, we understand creators who make content on different platforms but the best thing you can do is to try to always create your videos in way Clapper. Also, we have tools that will help your videos better such as features like add text, video trimming, music, and other effects. In regards of your video uploads, we encourage you to please try to reinstall your app, clear app cache and also update your device firmware, please also check your network connectivity that affects the overall performance of your app, if still persists, please email us at contact@clapperapp.com. You can also submit a music of your choice to our app, please navigate to your Profile page and tap Settings > Tap 'Add my Music to Clapper'. The app also allows to add your other socials, there's pre-existing options that accommodate other apps, please check 'Edit Profile' and you can see it from there.
