Great customer service!
I just started using this app to help me with a giveaway on Instagram. Set up was easy and it started tracking immediately. I had a few questions, so I messaged for help through the app. I received a response an hour later and I asked a couple more questions and each time my question was answered thoroughly, politely, and quickly! Thank you for this WONDERFUL customer service! This is one area where SO many businesses (including apps, websites, and brick and mirror shops) are not measuring up. Helped with my small issue!
Needed a good giveaway app and since this was my first time ever doing a giveaway, I was bouncing app to app to find the best one. Found POPSMASH and instantly got hooked! There was a tiny issue that i needed help with and had messaged in the app for some help. Instantly got a reply back and it was solved within a short amount of time. Love this app!
I’ve put off doing giveaways for a while because I had heard they were a lot of work to sift through comments, likes, and rules. I found Popsmash and I was so excited to find something to help me!
