What’s not to love?

I am so impressed with Zapp, from the IT department, Customer Solutions department, to their delivery drivers. I had an issue with my address not working and Zapp took care of it immediately. They have a hugely responsive support team for a new business. They have personalized each of my orders and I really feel like everything is done by hand with care rather than mass production. I’m addition to this their delivery times are astounding! Today from the moment I hit send to having the products in hand it took about 15 minutes. I LOVE ZAPP!!

Incredibly convenient

I never leave app reviews but Zapp is that great. You place an order and it’s at your door (delivered for free) in 20 minutes. It’s a game changer! There are some issues with items being forgetting sometimes but they’re just starting out so not unexpected. They're also very good about giving you bonus credit and whatnot when this happens or they’re running late, etc.

Zapp is great for travel and gifts!

Zapp has some of the best and most unique selection. I love that I can get every day items but also things like: high end candles, last minute gifts, or even AirPods when I lost my pair traveling and it came in 20 minutes. Love to see what other items they will bring in the future! Thank you Zapp!
