Several times I was blocked out because I failed to show my face, this I find is not fair. Why, was I blocked four time. I was a a jam session and I reach to turn a button on my amp, BLOCKED. So, the other day I went to a premium and the actor was dead sleep snoring. Now, it not fair because I paid to review this actor. I have a problem with this. Folks spend millions of dollars to play on this app and being blocked because I turned away for a few seconds is definitely not fair. Solution: you need to evaluate your processes when you are blocking someone.

Really good app meet a lot of interesting people ! Don’t really notice any flaws so far and I’ve been on the app for 2 years. From the watchers view point of view the app used to be good until they did an update and now there’s so many issues with the app you can’t gift and talk on someone stream at the same time you have to leave and come back to do something so if I start talking first, I can’t gift I have to leave and then come back before I can gift and people that stream always look at you funny because you keep leaving and coming back. Finally noticed the flaw. I recently upgraded the app and now when I go to someone’s stream, I can only talk to them send a messages then if I want a gift, I have to leave and come back every time or if I get first I have to leave and come back to talk again, other than that, no problems

The app conveniently takes extra money from you. The app is functioning in such a way to benefit them, and not the streamer or the viewer. And every time something like that happens, they do not support anyone.
They either take forever to reply, or they never reply at all. When they do reply, their support is basically nonexistent they do not want to help anyone, and they claim that they cannot do anything. On multiple occasions the app double or even triple charged me and they never did a thing about it and when I started to ask to escalate the matter they just stop communicating with me. This is probably by far the worst business model I have ever seen. it's convenient for them and that's all they care about. I highly recommend you do not download it as a viewer or a streamer. They are far better options out there and it's not hard to find.
