Bonus: I let the app creator know that the most recent update at the time caused an unforeseen issue... and the app was updated with a fix the very next day. Kudos!
Finally a solution for iFit to Strava
App works great, would love to have some automation in future and adding power data from bike rides along with heart rate data between iFit and Strava.
