Smoking / vaping habits are quickly and effectively broken.

Quittercheck is a tool that will help interrupt ingrained behavior patterns by using the fear of loss. We have tools and lessons to help you get over the psychological dependence on nicotine.

Define a monetary amount that you wouldn't want to lose if you were caught using nicotine, this is your Pledge.

Choose a monthly plan length and then get randomly tested weekly with a self oral swab test. You submit a video with your phone for us to review, you have 24 hours.

Nicotine habits took a long time to form and these habits are hard to break. Nicotine has been shown to be as addictive or more than heroin or cocaine. We employ the powerful concept of "Fear of Loss" or "Loss Aversion". Psychologists use the term Loss Aversion to explain that we have a stronger response to losing rather than gaining. We use this concept to break through your addiction as a constant reminder that you could lose a specific amount of money if you are caught.

We have good days and bad days. On the good days, we can be strong at resisting habits, on bad days it is not so easy. So having something like Quittercheck to keep you on track will ultimately help you form new habits to finally quit.

It takes 90 days for the brain to re-wire from nicotine and can take a little longer to help cement in the new habit of not smoking.
