In this version, we've introduced a completely renewed onboarding process, allowing you to explore all aspects of Digital Phoropter at your own pace and convenience.

From now on, all parts of the K.C. and Risley prisms can be easily operated with just one finger, including the auxiliary lenses. Obtaining a pure mixed refractive state is easier thanks to improved chat feedback. Additionally, the chat function for fogged refraction has been greatly enhanced, and we have implemented several minor optimizations.

In the settings, the presenter view can be switched on and off. Every touch on the screen is visible, when the presenter view is active. Ideal when Digital Phoropter is used in combination with an external screen or during online meetings. Rotation of the settings, cylinder ax and cylinder strength is now also possible with 1 finger! Tap on the part you want to rotate. Press again and keep your finger on the screen and rotate in the desired direction. Super handy for smaller screens. Improvements in the design, making the app on the iPad easier to operate and gives more space for the refraction sheet. We also fixed a minor bug where the app would unexpectedly shut down while adjusting the spherical strength.

Digital Phoropter is very popular among iPhone users. You always have a phoropter with test subjects in your pocket with Digital Phoropter. In exceptional cases, the iPhone version would not load. Not cool! But we solved that. We have also gave the icons a small design update.

This version is also available on the iPhone. Do you have a subscription? Then all the extra functions are also available on the iPhone.

New!!! Export your refraction sheet in PDF format. You can easily share your refraction with colleagues, students, teachers, etc. All your actions are visible, including the refraction code associated with this refraction. Press the “glasses” icon and choose “Share Refraction Sheet”. In this update we have fixed the following bugs: * In exceptional cases, the focal line diagram was not updated after the Cross Cilinder was removed or the focal lines were not in the right place. * Since the last update, a refraction code consists of 10 letters, and we have included that in the error message. * When using the UNDO option, in some cases the position of the Cross Cilinder changed undesirably. * When creating a random refraction, and you want to practice the cylinder axis, it is not possible anymore to turn off the cylinder strength. * Very occasionally the displayed refraction code was incorrect or you received an incorrect error message when entering a refraction code.

In this version we have implemented the suggestions of users. * There are minor adjustments in texts and colors. * The app sometimes incorrectly indicated that the end value was not correct. That is fixed. * And in the Full Access version it is now possible to see what the end value should be.
