Whether you are an expecting dad, a newborn dad or an experienced one, Dadditude gives you a path to be more reflective, confident, and productive in family life. Take 2 minutes for self-care every couple of days to work on your confidence and growth as a dad:
• Get advice from parenting professionals around a weekly theme and hear from well-known dads.
• Help other dads from our community with their questions or seek advice from them.
• Reflect on yourself as a dad.
• Explore positive changes to become a more confident dad and partner.
And it's only the beginning! Over the next few months we'll be adding lots of new features and content to the app. Join us for the ride!

Note: Our notifications come just 3 times a week or once a week, not daily, and they're turned off by default. We're here to help you create a reflective habit, not to add more stress. Your mental health comes first.

A great app for mindful dads

Dadditude is a brilliant app to help dads be more mindful about the type of parent they want to be. With tips on how to keep calm, how to parent in a more open and present way. A great tool to add to your fatherhood Swiss Army knife.
