Adjustments
1. Confirmation window will now appear when donating Caps to Alliance Tech.
2. Optimized Campaign Sweep effects.
3. Optimized occupy status colors for Wasteland Forts.
4. Duplicate Bounty Missions will no longer be displayed as ongoing when refreshed.
5. Achievements for Strongest Shield and Tower Defense can now be completed.
6. Optimized gameplay experience during poor network connection.
