I can put on my socks and shoes again😊
I found the Easy Wellness App about one month ago. The simplicity of the stretching and breathing routines match exactly my goals of establishing non-negotiable self-care steps. As I work on my healing mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually, I have found success with this app as it prompts me gently and celebrates my small steps each day. The stretches are simple but effective to increase my mobility. One of my struggles as I pursue wellness, was being able to comfortably put on my socks and shoes. I noticed about three weeks into using the app that my mobility has increased due to my stretching and flexibility. Now putting on my shoes to go for my daily walk has become much easier. I would like to think the creators of the EasyWellness app for designing this simple and effective support that matches the daily needs of my wellness journey.

As a pharmacist it is my duty to counsel patients on how to properly take their medications however, my way of counseling always includes various lifestyle modifications as well as non-pharmacologic recommendations that will enable patients to achieve treatment success more quickly. EasyWellness makes it simple to help patients choose strategies that fit their lifestyle needs as well as allowing them to feel a sense of accomplishment. My patients aren’t the only ones benefiting from the app, I have chosen to take advantage of the breathing exercises while at work!! In love with this app!!

I’ve been using for a few weeks now. My stretching and flexibility has always been elusive. This allows me to get progress on my own time and so far I’m loving it and seeing good results!
