Relationship chosen Acquaintance as default(always)
Updated:added beneficiary,transferred internationally and amount credited instantly to my account. 👍🏼
Last two days I am trying to add international beneficiary but couldn’t yet. Before error message as “something wrong”. Then delete and try to add new but relationship always acquaintance by default not as per the selected one.
Very bad
I used it to transfer money to abroad but with no luck. it is very bad as you cannot define beneficiary with 3 names (1st, middle and last name). Also, the app shows transaction completed while no actual money transfer took place. The recipient went to the bank and they told him the reference number is correct but there is no fund.. The customer care were very responsive but they were not useful at all as they can do nothing but raising issues. I am so disappointed of this app
