I cancel my subscription with an hour of downloading

And you guys still trying to charge me $21 for something to use for 10 minutes of course I call Apple you have a charge pending on my account so I can’t cancel it but I can’t update anything unless I give you $21 for 10 minutes but when I screenshot it and it said I had a week!!!!!

SCAM!

If I could give this app zero stars I would. download it off while visiting my sister for a week to see if I could mirror my iPhone screen on her TV. It did not work. I immediately deleted the app from my phone. To be honest, I cannot remember whether I subscribed or not, in order to try it out. However, if I did, I would only have subscribed for a week (or whatever the minimum period was), since I was only visiting her for a week, and I don’t need this app at home. Two weeks after my visit with her, I found out that I am subscribed for a year, with automatic renewal. The FAQ within the app says that to unsubscribe you need to go to your iPhone and use manage your subscriptions in settings. However, when I go there, there is no option to unsubscribe. I have not been able to find any way to cancel my subscription. I did send them a note from within the app requesting a cancellation but I have not heard back from them yet. Their website consists of a single, pretty much totally useless page; again, no way to unsubscribe except by sending them a note. If I can find a way to report them to the App Store for fraudulent behavior, I will.

No support, tricked to purchase full year subscription

I only considered this app because i wanted to watch the world cup.
I have peacock service but my smart tv does not have the peacock application. The plan was to screen mirror my iphone into my samsung smart tv.

Installed the application, it “tested” the connection on my samsung tv by creating an image sent from then app which worked. The app then prompts you to purchase the full year subscription at 20 dollars before letting you use the app (only purchase option). I purchased it only to find that despite having passed the system compatibility test i could not actually mirror my iphone screen as they claim.

The only thing that is mirrored are my photos, not the intent behind buying this app. Upset, I went on to send a email to the support service since Sunday, no response. I went on to cancel the subs I only to find that you can actually buy a smaller / shorter subscription time including a week. So yeah, basically got tricked into buying the full app subscription for a service not rendered, no support given.

Scam!!

I got this to screen mirror instead of getting an Apple TV. To get a better resolution you have to pay 20$ yearly subscription. To get “sound” you have to get the subscription, so I thought fine I will do that if it works. The “sound” doesn’t work, you go to the help tab on the app and it says, “we are currently working on broadcasting sound from your device to your tv”. RIDICULOUS!! The app in general doesn’t even work, it disconnects constantly, won’t play anything and the other features won’t work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Just get an hdmi adapter for your tv, Roku or dish out the money for an Apple TV, in the end it is worth it then putting up with this nonsense.

Terrible app, and won’t refund for immediate cancellation

Do not get this. They can’t even play sound through the device you are casting to. The video is terrible and extremely delayed. It’s not worth the $20 a year. It’s basically worthless waste of time and money. Do not make the same mistake I did by paying for it. Now I can’t get a refund because I used it for no more than 10 minutes. This is ridiculous. A pointless app I’m now forced to have and not even use because they can’t refund for obviously misleading people. I want a refund and you can take access away for all I care. If I could give a lower review than one star I would.

Scam. Fraud. Theft.

The app shows a fancy display saying it has connected to your TV then asks you to pay $40 one time payment to use the app. Once you pay it doesn’t work. My mobile device and TV are connected to the same network and nothing happens when I try to cast. I’ve tried on multiple TVs without success. I read their app reviews after downloading the app and everyone else is having the same issue and everyone else is getting scammed. Please do not download this app. The good reviews are fake. They also ask for five star reviews within the app before you are even able to use the app!!!!!

Beware of fraud. Please report these guys.

If you’re a schmuck like me and paid for this stupid thing, here’s how to make sure your subscription doesn’t auto-renew next year on an iPhone: go to Settings > AppleID (just click your name at the top) > Subscriptions > Screen Mirroring and cancel from there.

This app does not work. When you’re installing everything goes quickly and smoothly. As soon as you try to cast anything it asks you to pay with misleading wording. I was under the impression I would just pay $1.66 today, not the $20 yearly subscription THAT AUTO-RENEWS. Then you try to cast and it doesn’t even work. Also I cannot find any way to cancel within the app. Hence the instructions above.

Basically scam

I emailed already twice over the period of several weeks- so please don’t say just email us to look like you care about your customers. You havent responded once. The big issue is this “mirror “ puts a 12-14 “ (roughly) image on your screen- this is hardly ideal for mirroring the image and allowing others to see on my 65” TV. Not practical or useful in any reasonable manner, no customer service at all. I requested a refund twice- haven’t heard anything about any of my emails. :( NO answer zero customer service- EXCEPT on these posts, which ironically mention to email them. A joke, you’re welcome for my $40 donation

Use air play instead do not buy this app !

Do not I repeat do not buy anything from this app they’re money hungry and they will not give you your money back just use AirPlay . I downloaded this app and only had it for a few minutes only to realize that AirPlay works , not only that ! This app does not work at all! Too many technical difficulties, no way to contact them and you will get your money finessed all they want is your money they don’t even care about delivering the service you paid for and your better off using air play which comes with i phone for FREE

I was so excited when I first downloaded the app. It seems fast and easy but it’s a trick. I got it under the free trial and was suppose to be able to try before I buy but my chard was charged immediately (not held) and the funds were never release when I canceled . I canceled a few hours after subscribing because it NEVER WORKED. After reading thru the app I realized my tv wasn’t compatible so I have emailed support several times (there’s no other contact info listed) and explained the issue and requested a refund. 18 days later and counting I still have not received a refund. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
