Description
The Bobber App onboards and manages Bobber hotspots and gateways via deep linking with the Helium Wallet App and/or the Helium App, allowing users to securely manage their miners without giving away their seed phrase. Featuring enhanced diagnostic features, the Bobber app has a built-in web dashboard feature to access miners remotely and in-app notifications to alert users of important status changes to their hotspots. The Bobber app also comes with a Bobber feature that allows users to chat with other hotspot owners.
Pre-onboarding Bluetooth Diagnostics
Bobber App allows users to find out more information about their hotspot before onboarding to the blockchain, such as hotspot IP Address and firmware version. This information will help users to more easily access the local Bobber Diagnoser and diagnostic information of their hotspot prior to onboarding to the blockchain.

Bobchat Messaging
Bobber App allows secure p2p chat between Helium hotspot owners. In order to use Bobber you only need two things:
- Have the Bobber App installed
- From your Bobber App, deep link with your Helium wallet
You can now send and receive tokens and hotspots via the Bobber App using Bobber! Whether you are trading tokens with a friend, selling a hotspot to a third party, or paying out a hotspot host their monthly token share you can now do so quickly and easily from within the Bobber App!
Simply start a chat by searching for a hotspot or entering a wallet name and within a few quick taps, you can complete your transaction. Both parties will see details of the transaction right in the Bobber window and the receiving party will be able to see this even if they are offline at the time of sending.

I forgot my email
I have my bobcat miner and i don’t remember the email i used to sign up cos its been a long time i used the device.

Hello, we're sorry there is no forgotten email recovery feature at this time. You should be able to create a new account with your current email however. Can’t change account email
This app is good for the most part, but there’s no option to change my account’s email, which should be a basic feature in 2023. I asked support about this and they said I should create a new account instead. This is not possible, since my miners are located hours away from me, and I would have to delete and repair them with my new account. Please just let me change my account’s email in app!

Great App
Very useful, I use it to monitor multiple hotspots daily. Always getting new features added too.
