Good for simply adding form fields to a PDF
I was wanting to add a few form fields to an existing PDF, but it seemed like only way to do this was to purchase an PDF app with tons of other features for more than $100. However, I found this little app, and it does what I needed. You can only add a text field, check box, or radio. You can control the text size for fields. I don't see a way to change the tab order for form fields. Pretty basic, but worked for my limited needs for adding fields on a single PDF.

Agree this is just what I need
The app works the way I want. The price is right!
Very easy to use if you look closely at options.
When adding to the pdf file you have to move the selecdted item in place and resize text and length.
You only save as pdf file with form fields or other options.
