Thinking about a purchase
I am thinking about purchasing the Pedal AWD III Bike. I have a different moped style e-bike right now and I really love reading about the Pedal bike. So I downloaded the app to keep reading and exploring information about the bike and the company. I have tried to start the purchase process in the app but I couldn’t select a warranty, hence the 4 stars. Also, there’s no way to put a bike on your wishlist. All the other features in the app seem to work and it gives me the opportunity to keep “window” shopping a bit.
Terrible Company
Please do not make the same mistake as me and think that these are good bikes. The 2500 dollar bike I got lasted one easy going ride. Housing fur the power connector point inside of the battery lock was found broken. Been two weeks. Haven’t gotten replacement parts. The customer service people keep saying they ship stuff on Fridays but there’s been two of those marked off the calendar and no parts. App is trash too. It’s exclusively to shop their trash product. Go buy an Onyx ebike.
