Nice New Features
A nice new addition with more features. You can customize the dashboard so you can choose if you want to see more or less on the home screen. Also nice that you can message customer service straight from the app.
I am not happy here!
I’ve been with fccu for about 14 years I have never had an issue where I’ve not been able to connect with them. For the last 2 weeks I have been calling Finex and I have yet to speak to anyone. I don’t understand how a bank can be this unconcerned with issues a customer is having but this is totally unacceptable. I have direct deposit that is going through and it should have hit my account today but its not there so I am concerned and there is no one who is calling me back so I don’t know what to do!

I have been at the Burnside Ave location for about 43 years. The people are the best. So friendly and helpful. I will never leave. Thank you very much merry Christmas
