Y’all too sensitive!
This app is perfect and maybe it’s the users who have the real issue. I have ordered from this company for ages both on website and the app. The app just is easier at time. Very low incidents that have all been resolved without issue. If you are looking for designer items at discounted prices than this is the app! Who cares if they may be a season or two old if you enjoy them.
Three app search issues!!!
Hi Yoox, since your September 2019 update, the app no longer supports 2 types of searches:
1. Before 9/19 if I wanted to search all mohair sweaters, I could go to search tab and find mohair wool in details, and then use the filter to select sweaters and sort the results. Now after finding all the mohair products, filter and sort won’t process them.
2. Before 9/19 the suggested search terms are below the search box, so after I searched one thing I can stay on the same page and replace what I searched earlier with anything else, but now those suggested terms are filled in the search box so once I finish a search I can’t use the search box anymore and have to either go back to the search homepage or go to filter to do another search. It’s much slower.
3. Your more recent update added progress bar for the search filters and selecting 1 or multiple filters has no effect on the speed of the progress bar that takes a few seconds. Before the progress bar after selecting filters, going back to the previous page was instant. Does it really need a few seconds to respond or is it just for cosmetic purpose that slows things down for no reason?

Horrible customer service / defective products
I have been ordering from YOOX for years and I have been advertising it to my friends but it seems they need to train their employees in customer service better and they also need to change their policy and attitude. NOT only they delivered a defective product to me, a pair of shoes that one shoe was one colour, as it should be and the other had an intense discolouration. I asked for them to replace the defective item and they asked me to send them a photo, which I did and then they claimed that this is how the shoes should be! One shoe 1 colour and the other shoe discoloured with 2 colours! They also commented on the photo I have taken (with my iPhone X indoors perfect lighting) that it’s because of the photo that the shoes appear to be defective. No words!!! BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
