They’re back and trying to say they’re not a scam

I had this app about a decade ago. After trying it out a few times, I ended up buying a bunch of credits (don’t remember exactly how many, maybe around 20 or so). As soon as I did this, a couple postcards took literal MONTHS to arrive and then most of them just never showed up.
Suddenly, now about ten years later, I start getting emails from them about how they’re under new management, and when I asked their customer service if they’d be able to replace lost credits/credits that were used on cards that were never printed, they won’t do that, and they won’t even offer a sample card or two to prove that the service works. I wish I could completely delete my account so they stop using my personal info for their marketing.

Nothing exciting here and overpriced.

I used this app back in the day and it was pretty good. I see they are back and I wish them well. I changed my location in the app to USA but it will still only give me prices in English pounds. One postcard is about three pounds, which is an utterly absurd price, but maybe postage in England is expensive. There is also some sort of credit system where credits correspond to pounds, but not to the cost of sending. It’s confusing and seems set up for you to always have lingering credits in your account. Based solely on the price, I will not be using this version of the app. And there seems to be no way for me to delete my account. I wish them the best, but I’ll pass.

Useful and Easy to Use

Overall, this app is nice. They have sales and give you free credits if you purchase a certain amount. The company is great to work with. Once this app was installed on my phone I immediately noticed the design, it was pretty well designed as you can see from downloading the app. This app is extremely useful to send pictures when you are on vacation or to send picture post cards to family members or friends. It is really easy to use as well, it took no time at all to figure out how to use the app. I also enjoyed the different themes you could use on your post card. There was one thing that I noticed however. It isn't big enough to lower my rating, but it was noticeable. I know that it may be hard to get the resolution to fit such a small picture, which you can tell when you look at the theme preview. Other than that, I really didn't see anything I disliked. Overall a great app, I would recommend this if you are looking to send post cards on the go and if you just want an easy way to send post cards.
