Lousy, featureless app
There are many, many horrible things about this app and by extension, its developers and sponsors. Note to Radisson: It is 2019 and the world is heavily influenced by mobile apps.
Of note about the app’s awfulness:
You have to know the day and date combination when you’re booking because the app will only permit a choice of the date. So—either have access to a calendar, write down the day and date combination before using the app, or have a perfect memory.
It’s an iPhone app only, so if you use it on the iPad then you either get the mini-sized app or you can double it and use it in portrait mode only. Funny how all the competitor’s apps have iPhone and iPad functionality.
The search for hotels doesn’t fit all on the screen without being cutoff
The search for hotels has to be done twice—once on one screen and then again on the next.
Needs more work
I don’t want to give a low-star rating because I believe the app is fairly new. I have a heart. Needs a bit more development, though. When I enter my information to sign in, the input boxes are not aligned to the field name. Also, I cannot book a suite. There are so many options that it gets confusing, but none are suite options— only a variety of package deals. I wish to hold a conference here, but I don’t want my attendees to be inconvenienced by booking with this app. I hope it’s fixed by next year. Very nice, modern hotel... not so much the app, though.
Worst app in hotel business. Radisson looses businesses due to this app.
I don’t mind that’s it’s outdated if it would work properly, but it doesn’t. Looses my credit card info all the time randomly (or maybe after update?).
To search you click in the Search box at bottom of screen, now it’ll open the next screen with search box on top!
Once you start entering a city name it sometimes comes up with the right suggestions, sometimes with city names that don’t even have the same letters in it.
Also instead of coming up with cities that make sense (close to your location, in my case at least in the USA) it throws random cities all over the world at you which you have to browse through.
When you forget to check the boxes before submitting your reservation the whole thing looses itself and things become a mess with either no or double bookings as a result.
Could I go on with complaints? Yes sure, but for now it’s enough I would say.
