Slow
More than 80% of the time when I go to log in it loads and loads and loads and never takes me to the login screen. I end up having to use a browser to check my account anyways so why have the app
Can’t Answer Two-Factor Authentication Question
When I go to log in, it asks me one of my security questions for two factor authentication. I go to click on the answer box to type the answer and it just doesn’t do anything. No keyboard pops up. Tested this with the in-browser site and it did the same thing. It is not a problem with my phone screen, no other apps have any issues. Called about it and they couldn’t help me.
Frustrated
I never had any problems with the app itself but when it updated to the newest version I lost my Apple iOS widget and quick balance. Those were important to me because I have multiple accounts and I check balances on a daily basis. Having to log in every time is just annoying to me.
