DONT WORK WITH INVOICE2GO THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS Hi my name is Roee and I have a small business. Working with Invoice2go for 2012. It was great easy and I recommend to my friends too. Last month I had this customer making a mistake paying the all invoice amount that it’s very easy to do the way the building the page. Like a trap if you don’t pay attention you pay the hole some, like this they charge you for the credit card commission and when the customer Realized what he did and I had to refund his money and guess what I sign small print that says it’s my problem You see what great customer service they have. First there is no way to find their phone number only email and same with Invoice2go if you don’t do unlimited planThey will not give you a phone number to talk to somebody only emails. As I pointed before great customer service they don’t care about the customer only about money. After I told them I’m going to disconnect then they called me to tell me the apologized there is nothing we can do for you but we do everything we can. At this point, my hands are tied. I finished a bunch of small jobs in the last two weeks and needed to get them billed out. My business is small. I typically have 1-2 service calls a day. I am a sole proprietor and only employee. I started using Invoice2Go many years ago when users were able to purchase the application (one-time). Then, one day after an Apple update, the app disappeared. You had switched to a cloud based platform in order to capitalize on annual fees and removed my ability to use the old software. I understand the requirement to see continued revenue from those who continue to use your product. Especially since you need to continue to update your software. My problem is that your software, although it continues to evolve with additional features, does not align with what I need. My business relies on many small jobs as a business model. This means the need to write many invoices although the total revenue seen by the end of the year may is not the same as if I had multiple employees/users. Because of this, I was able to stomach the $100/year fee that I was paying. However, in order to continue to run my business in the same fashion as it always has, it appears I now need to pay 4 times that amount. As I had no time to mull over this decision, I was forced to purchase your premium plan. That said, unless there are any pricing changes over the next year that consider businesses like mine, I will need to take my business elsewhere.

We have been using Invoice2go for over three years anyways I wanted to express my major dissatisfaction , disappointment and concern for the app lately. I’ll start off with the fact that we have to constantly delete the app and download it because it isn’t working correctly. If it decides to work incorrectly while we are using it it will not save anything. I literally just finished an estimate for it to glitch and not save anything. It’s extremely frustrating to have to retype everything. This has happened frequently on all of our devices. We always liked Invoice2go for the convenience factor of it being “on the go”. Saying I’m beyond frustrated would be a major understatement. My time is valuable I shouldn’t have to retype an estimate over and over. Oh and before you say update the app on my device - it is the latest version obviously since I have to keep deleting and downloading. On to our next issues , I absolutely despise the fact that we can not turn the covert an estimate to an invoice option off. We have expressed our concern with that before however didn’t really feel like our opinion mattered. We also don’t like the fact of our clients choose to tip us on the payment option it comes up as looking like they overpaid and we owe them money. This is a hassle to deal with come tax time. Although I’m sure my complaints will fall beyond deaf ears I still wanted to voice them . We are beginning to look for alternative options and will more than likely be discontinuing our account with you in the near future.

I love Invoice2go I been with them since 2021. The price has gone significantly higher than it was before would be my only complaint. This is because after finding quick books intuit and what they have to offer as far as user friendly business tools and the ability to have pretty much everything taken care of including tracking of miles, expenses, personal expenses, and other things that are relevant to the business for just $10 more than the professional subscription on the on Invoice2go. With that being said I hope I’n the nead future Invoice2go will have these features for its users cause they are highly needed and are great resources to have. I stick with Invoice2go despite the high price for little amount of invoicing and fewer tools because although quickbooks has all those one thing you can not do is edit/customize your invoice to be your own. It just provides a generic boring invoice layout that doesn’t allow for a company to be original in the paperwork side of things. With Invoice2go you can make your invoice to your liking and have it looking really nice and professional and I love that. I also hope to see more features like this to choose from with this app. Overall it’s a great app and the payment system and bank account is great for the business. Thank you Invoice2go!
