UPDATE! After almost 3 months, I finally got my $25 Visa redemption!

UPDATE! Good news! After 3 months of no response from multiple support email, I finally received my $25 Visa reward in my email! Thank you Rewards App, for finally resolving my issue! I hope others get theirs resolved too. I’m not sure if contacting the Better Business Bureau is what finally led to this getting resolved? Or if they just finally caught up on a backlog of support emails? Or fixed a glitch in the system? Or maybe they were short-staffed or short-funded due to COVID? Never got an explanation, but at least I got my reward!

3 months ago after I’d spent 2 years reaching 30,000 points, on November 16, 2021, I redeemed those points for a $25 Visa gift card, but over 3 months later I still haven’t received it. I’ve tried contacting support through every means possible, but they NEVER respond I’m going to report them to the Better Business Bureau, this is unacceptable

This app is awesome

I enjoy keeping up with this app on a daily basis - the only issue I have is not being able to tell if you won. There should be a notification that comes up, or some way to tell on the app who won which sweepstakes or something like that. Also, if there could be an option or way to earn more points for consecutive surveys or something like that, because the amount of points you have to save up for guaranteed 1 and 5$ gift cards is so high it is basically years of using the app to earn $5! I have recommended people and they have downloaded the app from the link I sent them, but I never saw any portion of their points or any bonus for convincing them to download the app and give it a shot - just suggestions to better appease your users - but I love the concept and the app itself is flawless.

Update 2: FINALLY received my gift card today!!! Took from 12/17 to 2/2/22 to receive but it finally came. I will update my review to three stars. It is a good app for really not doing much and eventually earning money. Just beware it may take awhile and several attempts to email the developer and/or Apple to finally receive your gift card.

Update: I received an email saying: Nelson Bishop changed the status to Canceled. That’s it. No further explanation/communication. Where’s my gift card in exchange for my 30k points!!?? This app used to be good. I’ve used it for many years and it used to pay out benefits rather quickly. But no longer! I redeemed 30,000 pts Dec 17th and still NO gift card. I’ve emailed support through two different emails they provide and no response other than the auto responder. It takes A LONG time to rack up that many points so to then never receive the “pay” is robbery! So disappointing anymore. Steer clear.
