Good service but they need to look at the order notes
This is a great app with great service but sometimes they mess up the order even though certain items were requested to be cooked or prepared a certain way. With that being said they have went out of their way to make sure that it was fixed or refunded properly with kindness and willingness to satisfy the customer. Thank you JSS
Appreciate their improvements
As an expat I have been using JSS since I started living here and I have been encouraged by the improvements they have made lately including JSS gourmet. Saves me some time. I have had occasions where the service was slow but I know that happens with different restaurants they work with. But the real indicator as to why I like this service was once I had a problem with one of the deliveries. I wrote a complaint about it and they went out of their way to make it right. They compensated me with a red card for my trouble and called me a week after to make sure I was satisfied. Very professional. So I recommend JSS. It is a valued service.
Disappointed with their Service
I just ordered this evening with their “new and improved” APP. As another reviewer mentioned the wait time stated 40-50 minutes and it took almost 1.5 hour. I went to their app and did an online chat to find out why the delay and status of my order since the track function knocks you off the APP, and I received no response from them. To add insult when the food did arrive it was completely cold! If they wish to keep their expat customers happy it would be nice to have a customer service team that will actually work with you on the issue at hand. I will give them one more try and if still bad service I’ll have to use another delivery service. A true shame!!!
