Great customer service

The level of service provided is beyond the chart. I understand lots of brokerages only provide official (useless) answers because they do not want to have legal liabilities. But Futu's customer service can always provide meaningful answers to my questions and take actions.

Wonderful app for stock trading

Great and intuitive app for stock trading. But with one design inconsistency.

App is translate to English, however, most of the time (statements, customer service, promotional materials) are in Chinese. Would appreciate, if this parts could be translated to English as well 😇

Could you please add iPad Split View

Really great app! I love it! Really need the Split View function on the IPad which the app currently doesn’t support. Dear developer please add that function!!!

Make iPad landscape full support

You have to make landscape support for the iPad user it is very hard to use for 12,.9 user if you want to see more data on a bigger screen on landscape

I use it to check stock prices. It is very helpful. I also like the update of font color and dark mode.

The update speed of options’ price is way to slow

Especially for those with relatively low trading volume.
