Customer Service did not respond!
I wanted to use this app so much because I like and follow them! However it has not worked since I installed it on my Apple phone and every attempt I made through email to contact them was never answered! I paid my subscription of $5.00 but no one contacted me to help me so I cancelled the upcoming payments. Hoping they get it figured out cause I would love to use it!
Does absolutely NOTHING
Wanted to support this weather service and installed this app as suggested from their ad. In one week no notices of any kind despite having several areas selected. Meanwhile we had a tornado warning and major tropical storm hit. Two messages through app are unanswered. Im pulling the plug on this one- don't waste your time or money.
Can’t get app to open
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and no luck with app opening.
I get weather alert notifications, however, when I try to view them the app just stays on the blue screen. Please help
