I love this app. It really makes booking so easy from my side. I love that it’s free, I love that I can see my clients information and add notes about the appointment. I love that I can see my earnings and it’s so easy to pay through the app! I wish that clients didn’t have to add three dates to book. It gets confusing when my business hours are set for certain hours and days but my clients can book for any time and any day. I also really wish there was a way it could send a message to my clients when I accepted their appointment. This is a really incredible app, I haven’t found anything like it! I’m going to keep using it and recommending it to my friends!

I'm starting off as an independent Waxer and it has made everything so easy. I started off trying to use another booking platform and the website process was a little hectic but BBY made it soo simple which i love! Everything is guided and very user friendly.My only feedback would be rebooking services! It would be a great help and a bit quicker if i could rebook a client at the end of the service without having to repeat the initial booking process. Like a rebook button for the same service and client just for a future appointment! This would be great :) other than that no notes 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a new booking service that's easy for both the business and clients to use!

Very good free app that literally includes everythingg and makes it easy for both ends. However, my problem is that it doesn’t notify the client when the appt is accepted. Please work on that, that would be a great feature 🙏🏻 clients may be confused when it doesn’t notify them and on my end I don’t want clients to always book instantly due to deposits and time management .

Puppy's loves forever
Just to start off, i’m a beginner nail tech. So I don’t have money rolling in to pay for booking site subscriptions. So when I found BBY, I was so relieved! This app provides you with everything you need and more! From full portfolio customization, to tap to pay, among other things. I only have two problems.1. There is a bug that doesn’t let me reorder my services, i’ll try to reorder them but they’ll just go back into place. 2. When customers fill out their booking form, they can only respond with text, multiple choice, or yes/no. It would be amazing if customers could respond with pictures! This would be really helpful when I ask customers what they want for their inspo when booking.
