I love this app - just downloaded it today and I am hooked! Perfect for someone who wants to be active and get a little exercise and movement when spending most of the day sitting.
I only have two suggestions to improve, which would allow me to give it five stars:
1) A little more detail/description of the exercises under tips - for example, “step one foot through doorway until you feel stretch” - stretch where? Legs, arms, back?!? If I didn’t have a little experience with yoga and other activity, I’d be lost on most of these.
2) Allow to connect with Apple health app - so I can get credit for these little workouts.
I will continue using, but these two improvements would perfect the app, in my opinion.
This app presents the user with 12 seemingly random exercises each day, using a colored block to represent each one. The exercises are a mix of posture correction, yoga poses, and calisthenics. Once you tap a block, an exercise is revealed, and after you do the exercise, you get a number on that block corresponding to how many times that day you have done the exercise.
I have quite a few quick fitness apps, but I keep reaching for this one. First, it's fun to see what the exercises are each day. I find myself wanting to see all 12. And once I see an exercise, I may as well actually do it. Also, there's something about pressing the "collect your block" button at the end that is quite addicting.
This app has noticeably increased my movement throughout the day. Highly recommended.
So, i work on the computer all day, and i forget to even get up and move frequently. This app made it fun to stretch, do some yoga and just in general bring some health back into my day. Plus its pretty and easy to use. Downward dog, 60 sec, go!
