Ratings and Reviews
Not a great app, but an excellent car service
First of all, the service that Addison Lee provides is excellent. Unfortunately, it's not reflected in the ease of use or features on the app itself.
The app doesn't allow one to see reservations unless they were booked through the app, and even then, it's not easy to figure out how to find them. Even more annoying is that notifications come in and disappear and are not easily retrieved through the app. Finally, I could not find a way to find a phone number to call Addison Lee.
Perhaps some of these difficulties were because I just got them off of the long flight, but I think the app needs some serious rework.

Can't login
I am an account customer. Every time the App is updated (which has been often recently) I can't login - my account details are not recognised. Calling the customs help number doesn't help, as nobody knows anything about the App. Why does this keep happening? The App used to work really well but now it can't recognise a longtime corporate user. Pretty ridiculous.
No confirmation number sent
Cannot load app because unable to get confirmation number on a US phone. Technical help required. (And yes, I received all other texts to me from other persons, just not AL)
