Description
The RE app makes it easy to control your RE camera remotely with your phone. The app serves as both a content browser and live viewfinder, mirroring what the camera is seeing. After the initial pairing of the devices, all you do is launch the app and all of your photos and videos are instantly available on your phone. Once you find the ones you like, the RE app makes it easy to share your favorites via email, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and many more. The RE app also automatically backs up your precious content to popular services, including Dropbox and Google Drive. The RE app now also enables you to live stream your videos via YouTube Live. Disappointed - no sync
I received the Re at Christmas and I can't sync with my iPhone 6s with iOS 10.2 version. I had called HTC and the customer service told me on the phone I should call Apple not HTC. It is unbelievable.
So, saying that I ask. How long it will take until you have fixed the compatibility with iOS 10.2 version?

iOS 13 update killed my RE!
Update (see below) - My hTC re will NOT connect since the iOS 13 update. My camera no longer works! Please fix this connection issue!!!!
Updated to the latest firmware and got my Re to work, BUT it took several steps. Had to delete my iPhone app, perform a factory reset on the Re (press button next to SD card and shutter release at the same time for 3 seconds). Reinstall the app on my iPhone, then go thru the steps as a ‘new’ device. The 1st attempt failed, but subsequent attempts were successful. I wish you luck if you have an issue like I did!
How to connect with iPhone7
I finally figured it out. You need to turn on airplane mode and then turn turn on wifi and Bluetooth. It was getting confused with my cellular network and wifi. I hope that helps! I spend over a month and 50 phone calls to HTC and Apple. Wasted my time!
