Amazing insight into teams focus
This app brings what is important to other team members in focus for me. I will review periodically before meetings or conversations. They are amazed when I keep the conversations related to documents they are currently working on. I find meetings more productive when you can relate what you want to talk about after you show them you also appreciate their work. They will listen to your needs more. What goes around comes around.
Makes finding people and things painless
Delve is brilliant. It allows me to find people and files instantly by associating the two together.
