Nancy Drew - Sea of Darkness 9+

This was another really fun game with Nancy Drew but it was really easy to solve and didn’t take me very long to get through. I’ve played tougher ones and can’t wait for the next one. Because - once a ND fan, always a ND fan, right? Have fun playing!

Well...I was so excited to play Nancy Drew again, as its been years and I've collected these games throughout my life. When I bought it as an app to download, the moment I opened it, it said it was not compatible with my latest version of the Mac. Nowhere on the support of this app does it say that either, which is annoying. I couldn't tell you anything about this game, execpt for that it should be removed from the appstore or have a notice of non-compatibility/ a link that works. Hoping I get my refund for this game.

First off, let me preface this review by saying I have always been a connoisseur of fine detective games and crime literature. To finally play a game that meets both my desire for stimulating crime drama coupled with a easy-to-learn user interface that is both challenging and fun was a dream come true!

Highly reccomend this to anyone whether you are new to the Nancy Drew series or a seasoned veteran of the material like myself!

My only complaint is the glitch with the dingy motor and how it won’t start at certain points in the game. I’ve had to simply restart the game and the problem usually resolves itself.

Looking forward to the next installment and where Nancy’s adventures take her next!
