Pls when someone will download this app so u will send the information that they, can know where can we see password and...who will not download this app so don’t send them massage and don’t show it in ads so the secret will reveal. This is ur secret and don’t tell anyone who didn’t use this Daraz app. I told it for your safe and who forgot so they can also saw what is the passcode and this app is amazing bro love a lot this app ❤️❤️🥰

Refund Policy Unsatisfactory

In my second last order (received 22nd of May, 2023), one of my products were missing, so I called Daraz right away, and the agent on the phone was very responsive and communicative which I appreciated. I was told that someone will call me within 24-48 hours to confirm the refund, and they did. They informed me I’ll surely be refunded. Then I got a notification that request is being processed, so I had faith and I went about my day. Few days later I checked my notifications and saw that on the same day they said it was being processed, the refund was rejected. Daraz needs to be more responsible and reliable. Finally they’re trying to process it again after I had to remind them. We are customers, we shouldn’t chase for the refunds, especially when it was a mistake on Daraz’s part in the first place.

Not so good experience with both sellers and darz

Ok out of my 5 orders, 3 was either the wrong one or wrong colors as the sellers dont seem to look carefully into the details. They dont care what you orderd but only rushing after earning money. The return and reordering is bit long process and have to pay for delivery charges each time. And now on daraz part. As genuine as it looks but just like many out there daraz is also cunningly making money hiding behind that “ its how it works”. Lets say i ordered a 2500 rs product but wasn’t satisfied so i returned and i choose to refund the amount as a VOUCHER. With that 2500 rs voucher i surfed around and ordered another product worth 1000rs. So instead of deducting 1000 from 2500 voucher, daraz happily deducted the whole amount and said “ the voucher is one time use” policy. Wowww applause for that for earning feew money 1500 ra just like that. Since then I removed the app and never used it
