I paid for the lifetime premium access hoping this would work. Sadly, it didn’t deliver. The “AI” feature gives generic advice like “check drawers and corners,” and the magnetic field scanner felt like a gimmick. Your phone already has built-in tools for WiFi and Bluetooth, so those features added nothing new.I tested it in multiple lighting conditions with four hidden cameras in one room—it didn’t detect a single one. The magnetic scan was more responsive to my toddler’s drawing than actual electronics.I really wanted this to work, but it just didn’t. I know the devs will likely respond with a generic message, but I won’t be reaching out. Great idea, poor execution. Hopefully future updates fix this, but for now, I can’t recommend it.
Hi,Thank you for your honest and detailed feedback. We're sorry to hear that the app didn’t meet your expectations, but your input is truly valuable to us.The AI analysis feature is primarily designed to guide less experienced users by highlighting areas that are commonly overlooked during manual inspections. It’s meant to help users scan more effectively, especially in unfamiliar environments. The magnetic scanner uses your phone’s built-in magnetometer sensor to detect magnetic field fluctuations. Wireless cameras typically emit stronger magnetic fields, while wired devices may emit much less—so results can vary depending on the device type and setup.Additionally, some hidden cameras do not emit infrared (IR) light, which means they may not appear during an IR scan. While these technical limitations exist, we’re actively working to improve detection accuracy in each update. If you'd like personalized support, we’re happy to assist directly — feel free to contact us at info@penendi.com.Thanks again for trying SpyFy.
