Love this app for GLP1 and weight tracking!

This app has made tracking my weekly GLP1 shots and weight so easy. Before I found this app I had a notebook that I would log my shot, the location of the shot, and my weight. Now with this app i can keep everything in my phone and it calculates my weight loss for me. It is interesting to see the estimated levels in my system as well. They are always updating the app with new features to make it more efficient. Highly recommend if you are on a GLP1 journey.

I use the free version to track my progress. It’s perfect for my needs. I log my shot every week. Update my weight. You can also take photos of your progress. Yet I only do that once a month. I HATE pictures. You can also log side effects and symptoms. Nutrition intake. Everything of the free version is perfect for me. The notifications are ok. I’m not getting them all the time even though I have it set. All in all a simple app with a great interface.

This app has been so helpful for me. When I first started taking my shots, I had downloaded more than one app. Not knowing which one would be best. This is the only one I now use & have deleted the others. This app really helps me keep track of where I am at and where I am going. I have recommended it to friends as well.

I tried for six days and purchased for a year so I was committed to using and hoping to be able to get accurate results so I could get the most out of my weight loss. Thisis my first priority and accuracy in my healthcare concerning weight loss is serious for me.Meals would post in wrong days. I was never sure if ai or your apps own calculations were accurate. It seems very random. No where to move a days calculation to another day or copy and paste a duplicate meal Anyway, it's too much to list right now, I need to attend to my daily calculations and can't spend anymore time trying to find anwsers. I just hope one of the other apps does have what I am looking for
