Terrible App
The Camera is ok, but the App is terrible. Cant see 2 cameras at the same time, it crashes all the time: says the camera is offline, then I need to reopen the app, and that happens a lot. Takes too long to conect to cameras when you open the app… and sometimes it work with alexa ecoshow, but its rare… and when it works, has a delay of more than 12 seconds.
I will look for another brand.

Whether the device is too far from the router, move the camera position, and get closer to the router. Whether there is a memory card inserted, try to remove the memory card
Common solutions:
1. The camera is powered off and powered on again
2. Restart the router and light cat
3. Place the camera near the router
4. You can go through app--profile--settings--upload logs .
Disappointed!
Kept loading but at the end it says “upload bug report.” Been trying for few times but still not working! I don’t know what is the real problem. Sooo disappointed with this apps!

Stupid app
The app tells me “No storage permission” when I want to save video. But in fact, the permission has already been granted. Very bad quality app. Shame on you, devs!
