This update brings with it some performance improvements and the ability to request cover from additional people, rather than just those on your on-call schedule.

Fixes an issue where acking a push notification would not work in some rare cases whilst the app was in the background.

We've fixed an issue where acknowledging a page may fail if done from a notification whilst your phone was locked.

You can now respond to cover requests with partial availability. For example, if someone asks for cover from 9-5, and you're only available 9-12, you can offer to just cover that first section.

We've added some additional polish to the schedules tab - now you can see which days your on-call in the monthly view, as well as the daily one.

We've fixed an issue where filters for teams other than your own were not applying correctly.

There's a new quick action button on the home screen to let you quickly create an escalation, cover request or override. You can now view alerts on the mobile app too, separately to escalations or incidents, where they were visible before. Additionally, you can now filter incidents and escalations by teams.

We've fixed a bug where we'd incorrectly default to creating an override, rather than a cover request, when dragging on your own shift. We've also sped up the time for your schedules to load on the calendar screen.

We've fixed an issue where you could get stuck on an error screen if you logged into a Slack workspace that wasn't set up to use incident.io.

You can now customise the volume of critical alert notifications - find the new setting inside Preferences and then Notification Sounds.

When you're requesting cover or creating an override for an on-call schedule, we'll now show the number of hours below the date inputs, so you can quickly check you've entered the intended time periods.

We've fixed an issue where the schedules page might not show you all of the weeks of certain months, and tapping on today now scrolls you to the current time. You can also now tap on alert attributes and incident titles to see them in full.
