Navigation could be more user friendly
I love the idea and it's good for searching local businesses. However, when you click on the details of a business and then go back to search results, it takes you back to page one. Very annoying if there are many results in your search. Load time is also a bit slow, which is more noticeable when you have to click through pages again to get back to where you left off.
Great place to start before heading out to shop.
A quality tool for empowering customers to shop at local businesses across a multitude of categories. Keep adding features and polishing it up!
Helping me #buylocal
There are a lot of directory sites online and a whole bunch of 'apps' that have been built to help you get to the nearest coffee shop or closest big box, but this app and the organization behind it helps me remember to support small businesses. It reminds me when I look at it on my phone to not just give in to the national brand but to seek out the small business that is truly supporting the cities that they serve.
Data in this app will continue to get better as businesses join the movement of #buylocal. Tell your friends about the app. Let's all pledge to try something new and review those well deserving small businesses.
