It’s really frustrating paying much more than all of the other salon softwares and still can’t seem to get it right! I agree with the person above! Every time you call and ask what’s going on or why is the app/their remote system is SO SLOW, they ALWAYS blame everything on you like we are the reason it is acting this way or it’s my business computer/internet. When in reality it’s THEIR servers. For the price you are paying they should add in text confirmations and a whole lot more that’s for sure! I do admit they have some detailed features for SOME things but the whole system could still use a lot more work and more add ones. It looks like an old Windows computer and has the speed of dial up. I always question trying a new system because of the lack of updating and extremely slow both system and phone app. Currently looking for something new and I hope soon.

Overall it is nice for checking your schedule. For some reason we can’t be on our salons WiFi to use it. I don’t like the idea of using my data up all day when I’m at work. It does what it says it will, but when you get an app you expect it to be more inclusive. As a stylist I can’t check my schedule to see double booking times when I’m trying to book my guest. I would love to be able to see their purchase history and set the clients ticket from the app as well. It’s nice for checking my schedule at home. Sometimes it works for looking up a formula, but it’s so inconsistent we all still have to look at the main computer.

Literally the worst app ever. Rarely loads on the first try. Takes about 15 minutes to finally get access to your schedule if it loads at all. Half the time you just get an error message and have to call customer service tech support. The half of the time after the 15 minute wait for it to load, it just freezes up and you have to start all over again.

Great app. It just needs some improvement. You should be able to book all services needed for a single client without having to book each one separately & having to go back to the beginning and selecting the client all over again. It should work how the computer version of insight works. Some of our employees don't know the timing for processing and end up booking clients incorrectly BC the app doesn't do it automatically the way it does in the computer version. Other than that, don't really have any other complaints
