Not stable and need a new feature!

Everything worked well initially. however from time to time I had trouble listening to voicemail in the app, or getting phone calls or texts sent to my number in mainland China. Missing a feature: when I was in China using the China SIM card, it would be great if I can receive SMS messages sent to my US phone number. Please add this feature!

Very low charge but quality fair enough.I can receive text message from China and have a Chinese telephone number, just $1 per month.I would recommend my friend to sign up italkbb mobile.

Voice quality is bad

Voice quality is not very good. Maybe it require super fast internet connection. What is worst, when I delete the app, the 950 mobile number will no longer work. Called their tech support and they have no idea how to fix it. I was out of service for one month. I just reinstalled the app, now it can works, but I have to bear with the bad voice quality.

Service always busy during peak hours

The connection is really bad with or without the internet. I basically cannot use their service all the time during the peak hours (between 8-9am China time). Voice quality is extremely bad because there is always echo or lagging. I recommend to use WeChat chat, which is free and quality is much better
