This app is pointless
I have a pair of "JBL Quantum 810 Wireless". They are super annoying. Once or twice an hour, they will turn my speech into a screeching noise that I can't hear, but the people I'm talking to can, and I have to turn these off and on again.
I want to upgrade the firmware to see if that helps, but on every computer I connect to, this app says "Device Not Found!" "Make sure your device is connected to the usb port". I've tried this on two macs now (and one windows pc), and numerous usb cables. SMH.
Does not work
I doesn't matter what I use to try and connect my headphones to my macbook, it will not connect to this app. So I may be able to charge and use these headphones, but unless I have access to a microsoft computer, I'm unable to update the firmware on these headphones or change any of the customizable settings with them.
No point in the app
There is no point in this app right now. I wish I could give it less than a 1 star. You can't do anything you can do on the windows version of QuantumEngine. They need to fix this.
