上海砥安投资管理有限公司（简称“上海砥安”）是公司控股股东，截止2023年6月底持有公司49.52亿股股份，持股比例50.30%。
上海电气控股集团有限公司、上海国盛（集团）有限公司、上海机场（集团）有限公司、上海国际集团有限公司、中国信托业保障基金有限责任公司（简称“信保基金公司”），分别持有上海砥安24.32%、18.04%、18.04%、18.04%、21.54%的股权。
此外，信保基金公司直接持有建元信托14.55亿股股份，直接持股比例14.78%。
