Love the service and the app but the bandwidth limitation is just terrible. They won’t consider changing it or allow affordable plans without the limit. Unlimited doesn’t mean much when it takes days to upload your files.

To your point, I understand your concern regarding the bandwidth limitation where upload speeds are reduced when storage exceeds 5 TB. As you’re probably aware of, the bandwidth limitation was implemented a few years ago to avoid abuse, misuse or commercial use of our private unlimited product. Continued misuse would have made it impossible for us to maintain a high-quality product at a reasonable price. But we realize that the bandwidth limitation can be challenging for a very small, but still important part of our customer base with very high storage needs. We want to find a solution for you and are looking into how we can solve this without opening up for abuse of the service in the future.
