Nice intro to heavy bag conditioning
This app progresses from beginner to more advanced routines over 3 months. As a 49 year old man, I appreciate the methodical approach. I tend to do two workouts back to back, and then take a day off for recovery. I always build ups good sweat and feel like I got a solid full body workout. I’m not sure wha I’ll do when I reach the end of the 90 day program, but it’s been a fun ride and well worth the cost.
It’s ok but still worth it
I wish it was a real person demonstrating the exercise as I have to wonder if the avatar is performing it correctly. it would be cool to have a button with how to perform it with a punching bag as well and/or to a real person. And also a breakdown of what to think about, such as what to do to the hands when throwing an elbow. If the app is really trying to be about showing correct form, then we should be able to read about or be told about correct form. But I have found it really hard to find an app for any martial art that is remotely engaging. It’s totally worth the small fee!
I just completed the first workout. It helped warm up my body. I was looking for a fun home workout that I can do during quarantine. This is fun!!! It also has music playing behind the audio support during the workout. It seems to be a promising app if you’re interested in kickboxing type exercises. The graphics are also great. Some adds, but I’ll keep this app on my phone for a while.
