Absolutely phenomenal app

I’ve been using Duolingo for almost a year now, but this app is so much more helpful. The freedom to write out the characters/letters especially on my iPad is genius. I love that they added an undo button, and also step by step instructions for each letter within each lesson. I like that though there is a “right” way to write the letters you have the freedom to do so as you choose, which is not the same for other apps. I absolutely love the fun elements of this app like learning lyrics to K-pop songs and being able to change the colors of the pen and draw images to go with the words. It is easier to remember certain words and phrases when you associate them with a drawing you did. The creators of this app are so hands-on, friendly, helpful, interactive, and genuinely want to help people learn Korean.

This app has been great to help learn Korean. You get to hear the word, see it’s meaning and write it in Hangul. My mind works best when I can add a movement to a memory so I find this to be way better than just tapping phrases like other learning apps. My only suggestion would be to add an erase function when writing. Sometimes the tablet picks up taps from my hand or other fingers and it creates a little dot or line. Which can be annoying. Other than that I’m enjoying the free version of the app. Three phrases a day is perfect for me right now but I’m sure once I’m able, I will absolutely get a subscription. I can’t say enough good things about this app!!!!
