First travel to Brasil
Thanks LATAM Aiirline for your wonderful hospitality during my wife and I flights to Brasil December 2018- February 2019, I observed your wonderful flight crews, how Respectful, and eager to help they were, weather it was from Miami to São Paulo or São Paulo to Rio de Janeiro or Miami to São Paulo to Rio de Janeiro. You also took care of all 300+ of us when our flight was canceled. Thank you very much, my flights will always be LATAM from now on.

Not only better looking...
This app look nicer, and it’s better too, the access of information is better, add the boarding pass straight to wallet from the home screen. I enjoyed!

Full of bugs
Latam decided to reinvent the concept of MVP - as miserable and vile product! How can you release an App, which for the frequent flyer is used mainly for check-in, and 9 times out of 10 this does not work! Extremely annoying. Then you have to revert to the website, which then sends the mobile boarding card almost to the end of your Wallet.
Last but not the least - why don’t you save the details of your frequent flyers and we have to fill the same things 4 times a week!!!???
