We’ve had our trailer for just under a year. This is the most inconsistent app I have ever encountered. I work in technology and the fact that such a well known company in the Rv/travel trailer component industry has produced such a poorly performing application is appalling. Dealers of all types and brands are selling these amazing technologies in the Rv like backing cameras and tire sensors but the application to monitor and control them never work. We have attempted to troubleshoot, our dealership has attempted to troubleshoot. We’ve tried different phones, updating the app, disconnecting and reinstalling time and time again. Lippert should be ashamed of themselves. Stop trying to sell all these technologies when they don’t work. My guess would be they’ve never actually done any ux/ui testing out in the world where Rv/travel trailers are. They need to hire someone that knows what they are doing to redesign/develop this application and the components that are meant to be connected to it. They need to get feedback from the users on how it actually works in real life scenarios, not just what the app looks like. I can’t believe there isn’t a class action lawsuit against Lippert for selling a product that doesn’t do what it’s advertised to do. Ultimately, what’s going to happen is someone is going to be hurt by relying on the app that isn’t functioning properly.

I have had the phone app feature since I purchased a fifth wheel in 2015. App worked most of the time. Then I purchased a 2021 fifth wheel and again it had this same feature. Had all the same components as my 2015. So after first year with my 2021, and app working as it should, they changed the app. Went from a blue back ground that looked and functioned nice to a black and white. Looks like an app that was developed in the late 90s. With this new app came constant problems. One slide will connect and work and the other will not. I have to either use the manual switch or the LCI control panel. Same with my awnings, one works in the app and the other does sometimes. Then when you scroll down it shacks and jerks. This is a terrible app and I am like most other individuals who have commented, we pay a lot of money to have these features and expect them to work. If there was another company that could be used I certainly would try them over this crap app. I wish I could figure out how to get the old version back. At least it worked 90% of the time. And I can promise that if the app causes a failure in my rig or damages anything, I will certainly have a law suit. LcI, make it better not worse. Not sure who is in charge that allows this to continue at LCI but they sure are getting paid for designing bad worthless app.

Following up on my previous review! Have issue that the One Control Health report does not work in our new fifth wheel. I get a message stating system is working on building your report please try back in a few minutes. I received an email from the software developer telling me the RV Health Report should not stall like that. They stated I should contact customer care to review my setup and confirm any available fixes. Today I called them and was told it was turned over to the software team on AUG 8th. Customer reps stated there are no available fixes and did not review my setup. Was told to reinstall app and try another Lippert app. All of which I have done previously to no avail. There attitude is that as long as the app controls are working the Health Report not working is no big deal. Then why put it into the app? They don’t seem to have the expertise to backup their product. I’m hoping someone there-can address this issue. I’d like to ad that the response that you receive with these reviews are not associated with customer care. They are a separate group and customer care will not allow you to contact them regarding their response.

We just got a new Grand Design Imagine 23LDE and this is the app they use to control their slide, awning, lights and to view tank levels (if you choose to use an app instead of just using the control panel). I actually deleted the app after reading the horrible reviews before even trying it! Then we bought a Tire Linc system because our camper was prewired for one. Once I realized it used the same app I deleted I decided to give it a try! We are 100% satisfied with this app!! I have had no trouble with it staying connected (I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max in case that matters). I saw someone commenting about it disabling features when you’re driving. Their review worried me because how are we supposed to monitor our tires if it disables “some” features while moving!? What it disables are features like the slide and awning. Makes sense to me!! Lol. I love the added options of lists that are in the app. They have several and you can also create your own and edit existing ones. Some are lists for set-up, tear-down and winterizing.
