Unethical Billing Practices – Beware
I signed up for the free trial of Lúcida AI and made sure to cancel before the trial ended (well before September 13). Despite this, on September 14 I was still charged. I submitted proof to Apple that I canceled prior to the charge, yet they denied my refund request even after I appealed.
I never used the full trial, never wanted the subscription, and was charged anyway. This feels deceptive and unethical. If a company cannot honor its own trial terms, how can customers trust them?
This is a rip-off. Buyer beware – don’t expect fair treatment, and don’t expect Apple to protect you if the company mishandles your cancellation. Extremely disappointing experience.

Freezes
Literally just bought this, the very first lesson is froze. I restarted the app to refresh, still freezes. Can’t get passed the first lesson. I want a refund.
