LightsOut is a single-player 2D puzzle game designed to challenge players’ spatial memory, short-term recall, and problem-solving skills through a unique maze mechanic. The core gameplay involves navigating a maze that becomes invisible after a key object is picked up, requiring players to memorize the maze layout beforehand. Gameplay Mechanics: • Players begin each level in a visible maze and must first study its layout. • A key object is placed somewhere within the maze. • Once the player collects the key, the maze walls disappear completely, simulating a “lights out” effect. • From this point forward, the player must rely solely on memory to reach the maze exit without visual guidance.
