This app is crap. Whoever designed it is horrible at customer interface. If you can avoid buying their products at that are used wit this app, AVOID IT.I got their digital photo frame and this app is used to send photos to the frame. This app will only allow you to upload from your photo library ONE time. That’s right. If you are setting it up for someone make sure you click EVERY SINGLE photo you want uploaded and pick from the photos that were uploaded to your “frame library” to be displayed on the frame. Second issue, this app will not allow approved members (people who can send photos to the frame) upload pictures from their library. You have to enter the app, capture photos with the camera in the app and then upload it that way. No problem but kind of an issue for me since I’m constantly forgetting to take photos so my husband takes them and we have to be conscientious about opening the app just to take photos for the digital frame.Thought this was gonna be a hit but until these two problems are addressed, I’m highly disappointed.

I’m don’t know what all these other people with negative thoughts talking about. I connected the device to the internet and made sure it worked before sticking it to the front door. No problems whatsoever. The only thing I don’t like is that it won’t record people that are just walking by. They have to press the button in order for it to record. Also you can’t just open the app and see a live view. That’s very disappointing after I spent 16 dollars for a year or cloud backup. Other than that it’s great. It does its job and the charge lasts pretty long as well

RIP OFF - had to enter a credit card to activate the account, was told that card would not be charged. Used a prepaid debit card with two dollars on it and it wouldn’t go through because they wanted more money. Why do they want more money if I’m not being charged to activate my account, this was supposed to be just to verify them who I say I am so big rip off you get what you pay for don’t know what I paid for the device, but it’s worthless. This is just a scam to get money from you.

I got this cheap little teeny cam from Temu because it had great reviews so I figured how could I lose? Lol anyways didn’t realize they scam you with trying to buy storage- could have SWORE the cam said it came with an SD card but I’ll have to double check that but so anyways I decide I’ll buy a month of storage and no payment options work! I am sooooo annoyed! There are 3 payment options: credit card, wallet and PayPal. Tried all 3 and they all failed. I even almost bought a year at first. So bummed about this.
