Setting up an account
Has to be the most third world app I have tried to use. After setting up an account , filling in all my personal information, picking a car, filling out my credit card information. I find the app too stupid to accept my billing address for the credit card. I hope that someone who writes their app software is smart enough to understand. Not all countries use the same address format. And when you tell them what country you are from it will accept your address

Worthless!
I tried to use the app to rent a car for the first time and it keeps denying my credit card, the same one I’ve been using with no problems all my vacation. What a waste of the short vacation time I have. I regret every second I lost trying to make something obviously built in a very amateur way to work.
